Sales Operations Analyst - Permanent Work from Home + Night Shift

Our headquarters is located in sunny Chandler, Arizona.

The Sales Operations Analyst role we're offering involves working during our night shift in the Philippines, spanning approximately 11:00 pm to 8:00 am local time. Principal Accountabilities:

  • Facilitate communication and coordination between Sales Reps on monitoring orders, updates, and status.
  • Assist Sales Reps on creating quotes for client, requesting quotes from vendors, and placing orders.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, modify, and notify concerned departments of any problems that impede an order's prompt and effective processing.
  • Constantly liaise with vendors, sales reps, management and purchasing teams on any issues concerning orders and stock availability.
  • Collate and generate daily summary of sales and backorder reports for Sales Management and Directors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to sales operations, data privacy, and confidentiality.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the sales organization, and work with stakeholders to implement changes that enhance productivity and performance.

Desired Qualifications and Work Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
  • We absolutely require that you have impeccable verbal and written English skills because you will be constantly interacting with our U.S based customers and employees, we NEED someone who can effectively communicate with everyone they interact with via the phone or email.
  • Must have a quiet, dedicated home office space and a reliable, high speed internet connection.
  • A strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to learn from mistakes for continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional self-motivation with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, operations, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Compensation: Starting at 45K PHP a month
