Job Requirements:
- Related work experience is an advantage.
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new software quickly.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Functions include encoding and formatting letters, pleadings, and other documents.
- Management and monitoring of lawyer's schedules of court hearings and meetings, management of docket file system.
- Performing initial screening of clients and visitors and providing administrative support to lawyers.
- Communicating with clients, court officials, and other parties professionally involved in the legal process.
Other qualifications:
- Applicants must be willing to report to work in Makati City.
- Must be amenable to work onsite every day.
