  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Consistently work to hit sales targets through proactive account development and customer engagement
  • Manage accounts by ensuring ongoing satisfaction and delivering the correct products and services in a timely manner
  • Open new accounts by identifying potential clients and converting leads into long-term business relationship

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • With at least 1-2 years of experience in people management
  • Preferably with experience in customer relationship management, planning and implementing sales strategies
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the FMCG Industry or in a related field is required for this position
  • Required skill(s): Selling, Accounts Management
  • Willing to do roving (with transportation allowance provided)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
