We're a fast-growing company dedicated to providing outstanding service to our clients, and we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Success & Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll manage client communication, oversee job scheduling, and coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and with excellence. You'll play a key part in maintaining strong client relationships while driving operational efficiency in a high-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for business clients, handling inquiries, updates, and service requests.
  • Schedule jobs and assign appropriate team members based on client needs and project requirements.
  • Keep clients informed of project milestones, promptly addressing changes or challenges.
  • Manage documentation, reports, and invoicing with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work closely with operations and dispatch teams to meet service-level standards and resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with account management tasks.
  • Handle adjustments or additional job requirements, ensuring client approval and smooth delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality service throughout the client journey, driving satisfaction and loyalty.

Mandatory Skills

  • Prior experience in client services, account management, or job scheduling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and job management tools.
  • Collaborative attitude with a proactive, solution-driven approach.

  • Background in dispatch, operations, or B2B client service roles.
  • Experience with job reporting and invoicing.
  • Comfortable working across multiple platforms and learning new tools quickly.
