Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a GoHighLevel Specialist. The GoHighLevel Specialist will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing GoHighLevel accounts. Day-to-day tasks include creating workflows, automations, and managing CRM functionalities. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing client support, and training clients on using GoHighLevel effectively. The specialist will work closely with our marketing team to implement campaigns and track their performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in setting up and managing GoHighLevel accounts
  • Experience in creating workflows and automations
  • Strong understanding of CRM functionalities
  • Technical troubleshooting and client support skills
  • Ability to train clients on using GoHighLevel effectively
  • Experience in digital marketing and campaign implementation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field is a plus
