Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase room bookings, events, and corporate accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other business partners.
  • Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and hotel site inspections to promote hotel facilities and services.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, proposals, and rates in line with hotel policies and revenue goals.
  • Work closely with the Reservations, Front Office, Events, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or a related customer-facing sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills..
  • Excellent time management, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating well with cross-functional teams.
