Real Estate Specialist (Remote)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Specialist to assist in managing property listings, client communications, and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing real estate team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update property listings on platforms such as Zillow, , and MLS.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, or social media.
  • Assist with scheduling property showings, open houses, and client appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and property details.
  • Support marketing efforts, including social media updates and property promotions.
  • Generate reports and track metrics to improve operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate listing platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in email, spreadsheets, and basic tools.
