Job Summary

The Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential property leads for acquisition or sales. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline of property opportunities through online research, networking, and outreach. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and skilled at engaging potential sellers or buyers remotely.


Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads for residential and commercial properties using online platforms, databases, social media, and other tools.
  • Conduct research to identify potential property sellers, investors, or motivated leads.
  • Reach out to leads via calls, emails, social media, and messaging platforms.
  • Qualify leads based on the company's acquisition or sales criteria.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, status, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the acquisition or sales team to pass on qualified leads.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation performance and market trends.
  • Continuously explore new lead sources and strategies to increase the quality and quantity of leads.
  • Maintain professionalism and positive relationships with prospects.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales, or a real estate-related role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of real estate markets, property types, and trends is a plus.
  • Stable internet connection and a reliable home-office setup.
