We are seeking a Merchandise Planner to support both offline and online channels by developing, executing, and communicating merchandise financial plans and strategies. This role will drive sales, manage inventory, and maximize profitability while working closely with Merchandising and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage pre-season and in-season merchandise financial plans (sales, margin, inventory).
  • Analyze historical data and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising on product and financial strategies.
  • Forecast sales, monitor OTB, and recommend markdowns when needed.
  • Recap and analyze actual results, adjusting forecasts weekly/monthly/quarterly.
  • Communicate financial results, forecasts, and action plans to stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years' experience in planning, inventory, or retail analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; quick learner of new systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of financial metrics (sales, gross margin, inventory productivity).
