Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive Merchandiser to ensure that products are displayed effectively and attractively in stores to maximize sales. The ideal candidate will maintain inventory levels, implement visual merchandising standards, and build strong relationships with store staff and customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement product displays, layouts, and promotions to attract customers.
  • Ensure products are well-stocked, properly labeled, and priced accurately.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for replenishment.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising compliance and brand consistency.
  • Collect feedback on customer preferences, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare sales and stock reports as needed.
  • Maintain positive relationships with store personnel and retail partners.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, retail sales, or marketing.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and visual merchandising techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
  • Willingness to travel for store visits.
