We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Sr. Merchandising Manager to lead and elevate the merchandising efforts for portfolio of brands. This role will shape our seasonal strategies, drive brand growth, and ensure the right products reach the right market — at the right time, place, and price.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall merchandising strategy aligned with financial and brand goals
  • Manage and mentor the merchandising team across multiple brands
  • Establish long-term strategic plans and seasonal merchandise roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and in-season risks
  • Lead weekly business reviews with the merchandising group to drive agility in decision-making
  • Oversee and approve Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans and purchasing strategies
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and replenishments
  • Drive assortment planning, price strategies, and collection launches
  • Own monthly merchandising reports, hind-sighting, and insights for continuous improvement
  • Maintain strong relationships with principals and partners, ensuring alignment in brand direction
  • Conduct regular store visits and competitive scans for market alignment
  • Build a high-performing, customer-focused, data-driven team culture

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Fashion, or related fields
  • 7–10 years of solid merchandising experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
  • Strong retail math and financial planning skills
  • Proven ability to build strategies and execute them with speed and precision
  • Deep understanding of trend forecasting, product lifecycle, and consumer behavior
  • Global mindset and ability to work across markets and cultures
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed
