About the role

Sugureta Ventures Inc. is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring our retail products are displayed and merchandised effectively to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct regular store visits to audit and assess product displays and ensure optimal merchandising
  2. Collaborate with store managers to plan and implement effective product placement and presentation
  3. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely product replenishment
  4. Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and customer engagement
  5. Provide feedback and recommendations to the marketing and sales teams to enhance merchandising strategies
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines
  7. Support the set-up and maintenance of promotional displays and events

What we're looking for

  1. With experience working as Merchandiser or in a similar retail/consumer products role
  2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with store personnel
  4. Creative flair and a keen eye for visual merchandising and product presentation
  5. Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices in merchandising
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  7. Proficient in MS Office suite and inventory management systems
