About the Role

We're looking for a Merchandise Planner who can develop and execute financial and merchandise plans to drive sales, manage inventory, and maximize profitability. You'll work closely with merchandising, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure strategies align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage merchandise financial plans (sales, gross margin, inventory).
  • Analyze historical data and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with Merchandising to develop product and financial strategies.
  • Reconcile pre-season and in-season sales forecasts with actual results.
  • Monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance to adjust forecasts.
  • Manage inventory and open-to-buy (OTB) forecasts.
  • Recommend pricing and markdown strategies to hit targets.
  • Present forecasts and strategies in planning and review meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Planning, Inventory Analysis, or related field.
  • Retail or e-commerce experience preferred.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
