detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant to join their team and support their operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate 
    data entry
    into internal systems and CRM.
  • Manage 
    document follow-ups
    with clients and lenders to ensure timely completion of applications.
  • Organise, upload, and maintain 
    documents in the CRM
    to ensure compliance and accessibility.
  • Support the brokerage team with general administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality when handling client information.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal 
    English communication skills
    .
  • Ability to work effectively during 
    AEST business hours
    .
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role (finance or brokerage industry experience is advantageous but not required).
  • Comfortable using CRMs, cloud storage, and standard office software (Word, Excel, email).
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
