About the Role
We are seeking a Key Accounts Lead to head and grow our Solar business portfolio, handling all key account sales nationwide.
This position requires strategic leadership, strong relationship management, and proven sales expertise — especially in dealing with executive-level clients such as Chief Operating Officers/ Managing Director/ President and Engineering Heads.
You will lead the Key Accounts Sales Team and ensure consistent business growth through exceptional client service, technical understanding, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Key Accounts Sales Team for Solar projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
- Identify, develop, and close major project opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
- Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, and executive presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Marketing) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to craft winning strategies.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business from top-tier accounts.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) or related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Key Account / B2B Sales, preferably in renewable energy, construction, or technology industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident dealing with executives.
- Proven record in closing high-value corporate deals.
- Leadership experience in managing a sales team is a strong advantage.
- Analytical, persuasive, and results-oriented.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
