What is your mission?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounting Manager to lead our finance team. The role will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and supporting business growth with accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, and GL functions
  • Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations (BIR) and external audit requirements
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
  • Collaborate with management in budgeting and strategic planning

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; CPA license is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, compliance, and financial reporting standards
  • Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
