Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leads the overall delivery management of each project under within the managed
  • portfolio, ensuring such are delivered on time, on-budget, and on-scope.
  • Defines and finalize project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the business unit and key stakeholders resources are always aligned with such required timeframes and agreed quality and scope to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work application architecture, and system interface design, together with the technical delivery team until project implementation and closure.
  • Senior responsible owner contingency plan is aligned with the Enterprise Architecture
  • Creates and manages the detailed timeline for project execution and ensures that
  • Optimizes utilization of available resources to deliver project activities within the
  • Coaches, mentors, motivates and supervises project team members and influence them
  • Updates the project team of the status of the project based on agreed-upon frequency.
  • Clears blockers for the SMEs to perform and deliver
  • Facilitates learning through postmortem and sprint retrospective
  • Provides direct supervision and mentoring to project team members
  • Reviews technical design provided by the Solutions Architect, such as database,
  • Identifies, monitors, and manages project risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans
  • Monitors and manages project expenses to ensure it is within cost baseline.
  • Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path
  • Establishes and ensures appropriate governance functions for the program in accordance with enterprise policies and practices and on behalf of the executive sponsor
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise
