Client Management

  • Act as the main contact for the Japanese client.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand client goals and translate them into effective marketing ideas.
  • Identify new business or project opportunities to grow the account.

Strategy & Creative Direction

  • Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to develop impactful campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with the client's objectives and fit the Japanese market.
  • Promote innovative thinking while keeping campaigns practical and results-oriented.

Campaign Execution

  • Oversee campaign planning and implementation across multiple platforms (TV, digital, social, events, etc.).
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Address client concerns promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the account team for strong performance.
  • Coordinate between Japan-based teams and global or regional offices.
  • Uphold best practices in client management and campaign delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
  • 10+ years of account management experience in an advertising or creative agency environment
  • Proven track record managing major brand campaigns and high-profile clients
  • Deep understanding of Japanese consumer behavior, business etiquette, and media landscape
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation abilities
  • Experience managing complex, multi-market campaigns and cross-functional teams

Preferred but no required

  • Japanese language proficiency
  • Experience with global brands in FMCG, tech, automotive, or luxury sectors
  • Strong grasp of digital-first and integrated campaign development
  • Financial acumen for managing account profitability and project scope
  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php130, Php150,000.00 per month
