Job Description:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead and expand our AIoT product channels in the Philippines. This role focuses on driving sales growth for Tecno tablets by building strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Development & Expansion
Develop and manage AIoT sales channels across the Philippines.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard key distributors, retail chains, and online resellers.
- Lead the development of partnerships with major PC channels such as PC Express, Octagon, Silicon Valley, Villman, Abenson, and SM Appliance.
Build a strong and efficient channel structure to increase market reach and visibility.
Distributor Management & Sell-Out Tracking
Manage distributor orders, sell-in/sell-out performance, and inventory levels.
- Track sales data, stock levels, and replenishment cycles to ensure smooth operations.
Support distributors in pricing, display standards, and promotional activities.
Sales Target Achievement
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to find growth opportunities.
- Work with marketing teams to plan and execute channel campaigns (e.g., Back-to-School, 11.11, Christmas).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or channel management, preferably in AIoT, consumer electronics, or mobile products.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing distributors and retail partners in the Philippines is a plus.
