Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing appliance repair business. This role will manage workflows, lead our customer service representatives (CSRs), support technicians, and ensure that estimates, parts, and schedules are handled efficiently. The Operations Manager will serve as the central point of accountability, driving communication, organization, and performance across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily scheduling and dispatching, ensuring technicians are equipped with accurate details, parts, and customer information.
  • Manage the process of preparing and sending customer estimates, including follow-ups.
  • Handle parts ordering, returns, and tracking to minimize delays and repeat visits.
  • Support customer service representatives (CSRs), providing guidance and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
  • Provide leadership to the operations team, setting expectations, monitoring performance, and addressing issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update our field service management system (Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar).
  • Monitor service quality, reduce recalls, and identify opportunities for workflow improvements.
  • Track and report key operational metrics such as estimate conversion, job completion rates, and recall frequency.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  • Work directly with ownership to refine SOPs, optimize systems, and support company growth.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, dispatching, or service coordination, ideally in appliance repair, HVAC, or a similar trade service industry.
  • Prior leadership or team management experience (CSRs, dispatchers, or technicians).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of appliances/parts is a plus, with willingness to learn quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php5.00 - Php7.00 per hour
