Restaurant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and manage staff to maintain performance standards and a positive work environment.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the management team on special events, promotions, and operational improvements.
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with standards.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a full-service or casual dining establishment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation best practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
