DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform thorough audits of financial statements, inventory logs, and expense reports across all restaurant locations.
  • Assess compliance with health and safety standards and guarantee that all restaurants adhere to or surpass industry requirements.
  • Consistently analyze operational procedures in order to identify areas of improvements ensure work efficiency
  • Work closely with restaurant managers to implement corrective measures and track progress.
  • Execute daily physical inventory inspections at branch locations to investigate inventory discrepancies (e.g., shortages, overages, damaged items).
  • Keep precise and well-organized records of all audit activities, findings, and actions taken for future reference and compliance purposes.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to find trends, discrepancies, and potential cost reductions or process improvements.
  • Willing to conduct fieldwork and handle audit assignments as needed.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or related course.
  • With at least 1-3 years relevant work experience, including audit experience.
  • With sound knowledge in health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of data analytics.
