Jolly Management is seeking a goal-oriented restaurant supervisor to help achieve sales targets through effective staff recruitment and training, supervision of kitchen activities, and team motivation during peak periods.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for screening, interviewing, onboarding, and training new restaurant staff.
• Organize and manage employee work schedules.
• Perform regular kitchen inspections to ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are consistently met.
• Supervise food preparation, presentation, and storage to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Track inventory levels and ensure all food items and restaurant supplies are well-stocked.
• Analyze customer feedback and surveys to implement improvements in service quality.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Open to both male and female applicants.
• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration or hospitality management.
• Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor is required.
• Capable of working effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Must be willing to work at SM Manila.
