Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the management team on special events, promotions, and operational improvements. Monitor food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with standards. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a full-service or casual dining establishment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation best practices. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
