Work Schedule

Compressed work schedule (Monday – Friday)

7:00 am – 6:00 pm every Monday –Thursday

7:00 am – 4:00 pm every Friday

What You'll Do

Manages a company's bills and payments, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time by processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records, acting as a key entry point into accounting with strong detail and organizational skills. They verify invoices against purchase orders and receipts, resolve discrepancies, and handle vendor inquiries, supporting smooth financial operations.

· Invoice Processing: Receive, enter, and manage vendor invoices.

· Payment Management: Schedule and disburse timely payments to suppliers.

· Reconciliation: Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents (3-way match) and reconcile accounts.

· Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve payment issues with purchasing and vendors.

· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits.

· Vendor Communication: Respond to vendor questions about payment status.

What You'll Need

· Must be a College Graduate – graduate with BS Accountancy or Financial Management course

· Team player

· Can meet deadline

· With good communication and interpersonal skills

· Knowledgeable in using MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom and etc.)
