About the Role

We are looking for an Ad Ops Specialist to support operations and product development for a growing curation platform used for building, managing, and optimising audience data and inventory supply in programmatic advertising. This role sits at the intersection of Ad Operations, Product, and Supply Management and offers exposure to global DSP and SSP ecosystems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, monitor, and optimise curated deals, audiences, and inventory packages in DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, and Adform.
  • Manage and optimise inventory sources, SSP connections, and private marketplaces (PMPs).
  • Analyse performance data across demand and supply to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Perform QA checks on audiences, deals, and inventory configurations before activation.
  • Automate recurring AdOps processes using no-code tools, scripts, or APIs.
  • Document workflows and support onboarding for new DSP or SSP partners.

Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of experience in Ad Operations, Programmatic Trading, or Campaign Management.
  • Good understanding of at least one DSP (e.g., TTD, DV360, Adform, Xandr).
  • Knowledge of audience data, inventory management, CPM, deal IDs, and RTB mechanics.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data.
  • English proficiency (B2+) and strong attention to detail.
  • Interest in AdTech, particularly how product, data, and supply come together.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with SSPs, data marketplaces, or supply curation tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or APIs.
  • Understanding of data monetisation and privacy-first approaches.
