Job Summary:

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth and structured transition for new clients, employees, or partners. This role involves coordinating onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing support throughout the initial integration period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new accounts or employees.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., HR, IT, Operations) to ensure all necessary resources and access are provided.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions, including policy briefings, system introductions, and compliance training.
  • Monitor and track onboarding progress to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Address onboarding-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Gather feedback to improve onboarding processes continuously.

Orientation Specialist

Job Summary:

The Orientation Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering engaging orientation programs for new employees, clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct orientation programs for new employees or clients.
  • Ensure all new hires complete required documentation and compliance training.
  • Collaborate with department heads to provide department-specific introductions.
  • Create engaging materials and presentations to support orientation sessions.
  • Gather feedback from participants to improve the orientation process.
  • Support ongoing training initiatives for employee development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in HMO, healthcare, or employee benefits administration.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online meeting tools.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
