Job Description
You'll join a forward-thinking renewable energy company that's making a real impact in the clean energy transition. As their Sales Representative, you'll own the complete sales process for solar certificate trading services, working directly with B2B clients to help them access better rates through specialized government incentive programs. This role offers the perfect blend of meaningful work in sustainability and strong earning potential through commission opportunities, all while working remotely with a supportive international team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end B2B sales conversations for solar certificate trading services
- Make targeted outbound phone calls to qualified prospects using provided lead database
- Execute strategic email outreach campaigns to potential business clients
- Sign up qualified clients to the company's solar certificate trading platform
- Present competitive rate offerings and value propositions to decision-makers
- Master the company's proprietary software platform for client management and processing
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication throughout extended sales cycles
- Build relationships with solar installers and industry professionals
- Collaborate with administrative team to ensure smooth client onboarding
You bring 2-3 years of proven sales experience with strong phone communication skills and a track record of B2B relationship building. You're comfortable conducting consultative sales conversations and have experience managing complete sales cycles from prospecting to close. Bonus if you have solar industry knowledge or renewable energy sector experience. It helps if you're familiar with government incentive programs or certificate trading markets, though exceptional salespeople from any industry are encouraged to apply.
