About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive/Representative to join our team at UPTC'. In this full-time position located in Paranaque City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
  2. Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
  3. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of products and services
  6. Participate in sales strategy discussions and provide insights to improve sales processes
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in an account management or relationship management role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
  3. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle complex customer needs
  4. Proficient in using sales-related tools and technologies to efficiently manage customer information and pipeline
  5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales
