Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the sporting goods sector (retailers, sports clubs, academies, schools, distributors).
  • Promote and sell our range of tennis balls, paddle tennis equipment, and pickleball gear.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional post-sales support.
  • Attend sports expos, tournaments, and promotional events to represent the brand.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in sporting goods or related industry.
  • Passion for racquet sports (tennis, paddle, pickleball) with working knowledge of gear specifications and trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, events, and trade shows.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php25,000.00 per month
