Inbound Sales Representative

Job Highlights
Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 9AM to 6PM AU time Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound phone and email enquiries.
- Qualify and screen leads using a structured process to assess suitability and interest.
- Accurately capture and update all lead information in HubSpot.
- Follow up leads according to the HubSpot workflow to ensure timely progression through the sales funnel.
- Forward qualified leads to the EO chapter team for further engagement and conversion.
- Where capacity allows, undertake outbound lead generation activities to build and nurture the prospect pipeline.
- Deliver exceptional service and represent the organization professionally always.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Confident phone manner with excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working within CRM workflows and processes.
- Self motivated with a proactive approach to lead follow-up.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in sales, customer service, or telesales.
- Previous use of HubSpot CRM or similar systems.
- Familiarity with structured lead qualification and follow up processes.
