Job Purpose:

The People Quality Assurance and Test – Senior Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and efficiency of the People & Culture (P&C) operations, processes, and technology ecosystem. This position is responsible for establishing and executing a robust Quality Assurance (QA) framework, driving continuous process improvement, and ensuring the successful and risk-mitigated delivery of HR transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or related roles.
  • HR Systems Expertise: Proven experience testing HRIS/HRMS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Process Knowledge: Understanding of core People & Culture functions and workflows (e.g., talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, performance, learning).
  • Testing Skills: Expertise in test planning, test case design, defect management, and test automation tools.
  • Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in root cause analysis and process optimization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills for engaging with diverse technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Strategy & Testing
- Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive QA framework across HR technologies to ensure solutions are high-quality, compliant, and employee-centric.
- Lead and execute end-to-end testing activities (UAT, integration, regression) for HR solutions, including the high-profile Project Godzilla (Jire Enterprise Migration).
- Advance test automation practices to increase efficiency and consistency across testing cycles.
- Maintain full traceability and documentation from business requirements through test design, execution, results, and deployment certification.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Analysts, Developers, and P&C Process Owners to validate solution readiness and ensure smooth deployment.HR Process Review & Continuous Improvement
- Lead and support HR transformation initiatives by analyzing existing HR processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing process or technology improvements.
- Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) for system, data, or process defects, and implement preventive measures to enhance system stability.
- Establish, monitor, and report on key quality and efficiency metrics to P&C leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence across HR operations.
