Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience as a Quality Assurance Associate,
    or
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Contact Center Agent handling HMO or healthcare accounts
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Amenable to shifting schedules
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
