UNDER AGENCY

  • With at least 1 year of working experience in quality assurance, preferably in the logistics and or freight forwarding industry.
  • Knowledgeable with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management.
  • Experience in ISO 9001:2008, preferred but not required.
  • Graduate of B.S. Industrial Engineering, and or related course
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent in both Oral and Written Communication

Job Description:

  • Reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager
  • Evaluates, Records and Processes Internal and External Irregularity Reports.
  • Reviews the submitted NCR from affected Department/Division and ensures correct information and documents presented.
  • To Document all data pertaining to IR Management.
  • To Collect and compile statistical quality data
  • Analyzes data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
  • Monitors corrective and preventive actions and its timeline provided by the Department/Division Heads
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
  • Handles and Processes Claims to Carrier
  • Handles and Processes Claims to Insurance Provider.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned by his immediate superior.
