Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Analyst located in Pasig. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of software by conducting thorough manual testing, developing and implementing test cases, and identifying any defects. The role also involves performing quality control and assurance activities, analyzing results, and collaborating with team members to improve processes and product performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control
  • Experience and competency in Manual Testing processes and creating detailed Test Cases
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to identify and resolve software or process issues
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the education technology or e-learning sector is a plus
