Senior Paid Search & Social Specialist

About the Role

  • Focus: Develop, manage, and optimize paid search and social campaigns to drive traffic, improve ROAS, and support e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Align campaigns with company goals (performance marketing, promotions, product launches).
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for cohesive messaging and landing page alignment.

Optimization & Performance

  • Monitor daily spend, pacing, and performance metrics.
  • Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, and ads for ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, audience segments, and landing pages.
  • Use GA4 and other tools for conversion analysis.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Summarize insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Use Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, forecasting, and budget tracking.

Innovation & Growth

  • Stay updated on search marketing trends and platform changes.
  • Recommend testing roadmaps and campaign enhancements.
  • Explore new paid opportunities (YouTube, TikTok, Amazon Ads).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years managing paid search campaigns.
  • Proficient in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display), Meta Ads, TikTok, and GA4.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) and PowerPoint for reporting.
  • Proven ability to drive profitable revenue growth for e-commerce.
  • Budget management, forecasting, and ROI optimization.
  • Comfortable analyzing large datasets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Bonus Points

  • Google Ads & Meta Ads certifications.
  • Experience with DTC/e-commerce campaigns.
  • Exposure to shopping feeds, PLAs, and Google Merchant Center.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Ads and retail media platforms.
  • Experience with creative testing frameworks.

Additional Requirement

  • Candidate must be amenable to one-month onsite training at the company's designated location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
