The SEO & Paid Ads Specialist is responsible for driving online visibility, traffic, and conversions through effective search engine optimization strategies and paid advertising campaigns. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, creativity, and technical expertise to optimize websites for organic search while managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels.

Role Overview:

SEO & Paid ads specialist

  • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, reduce wasted spend, and drive quality leads
  • Track, measure, and report weekly on KPIs (leads, CPL, conversions, ROAS)
  • Provide campaign briefs and creative direction for ad copy/visuals
  • Develop and implement A/B testing roadmaps (copy, creatives, audiences)
  • Research and test new paid media opportunities
  • Manage budgets and pacing in line with allocations
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, competitors, and trends

Marketing Specialist

  • Lead the organic social strategy for client campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with our content creators, film team, and clients to deliver scroll-stopping ideas.
  • Experiment with formats, trends, and storytelling to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Track performance, uncover insights, and refine strategy based on what works.
  • Support with paid ads (around 10–20%) to complement organic campaigns.

Skills and Competencies:

  • 1 to 2 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new tools, technologies, and processes
  • Demonstrated proficiency in [ e.g., SEO, social media management, graphic design]
