Paid Search and Paid Social Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Paid Search and Paid Social Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize paid search and social campaigns that drive traffic, improve ROAS, and support e-commerce growth. This role is perfect for someone who is results-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, build, and manage high-performing paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Align campaign strategy with company goals across performance marketing, sales promotions, and new product launches.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to inform ad copy, bidding, and structure.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and landing page alignment.

Optimization & Performance Management

  • Monitor daily spend, pacing, and performance metrics across campaigns.
  • Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, and ads based on performance insights to drive profitable revenue growth.
  • A/B test ad copy, audience segments, and landing pages to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
  • Leverage Google Analytics (GA4) and other tools to analyze conversion paths and customer behavior.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports outlining key performance metrics, wins, opportunities, and insights.
  • Create clear and actionable summaries to share with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, forecasting, and budget tracking.

Innovation & Growth

  • Stay ahead of search marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
  • Proactively recommend testing roadmaps and campaign enhancements to unlock profitable growth.
  • Identify new paid opportunities in emerging platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Amazon Ads).

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns.
  • Proficient in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display), Meta Ads, TikTok, and GA4.
  • Strong command of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) and experience in PowerPoint for reporting.
  • Proven ability to drive profitable revenue growth for an emerging brand with primary sales channel on e-commerce platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecast spend, and optimize for ROI.
  • Comfortable interpreting large datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • Excellent communication—concise, persuasive, and clear in both written and verbal form.

  • Google Ads & Meta Ads certifications.
  • Experience managing DTC or e-commerce brand campaigns.
  • Exposure to shopping feeds, product listing ads (PLAs), and Google Merchant Center.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Ads or other retail media platforms.
  • Experience with creative testing frameworks and performance-driven experimentation.

Additional Requirement

Candidates must be willing to go onsite for new hire orientation and to pick up equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php110,000.00 per month
