  9. Good communication and collaboration skills.

[TECHNICAL]

  1. Proficient in software testing life cycle (STLC), defect life cycle, and QA best practices.

  2. Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or Insomnia.

  3. Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit, Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium).

  4. Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and HTTP request/response flow.

  5. Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue/Nuxt) and backend frameworks (Laravel or similar).

  6. Experience with version control systems like Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).

  7. Knowledge of database validation using SQL queries (MySQL or PostgreSQL).

  8. Ability to create clear test cases, regression test plans, and performance test scenarios.

  9. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
