Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have:

  • A Bachelor's or College degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience in Quality Assurance and/or software testing.
  • Experience in writing test cases and test scripts.
  • A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of QA testing tools, various test design techniques, testing standards, and QA processes.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and effective time management abilities.
  • A strong commitment to organizational goals and values.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules and extended hours when needed.
  • Willingness to travel to other sites as required.

Job Description
I. Position Objective / Job Summary

The role ensures that business requirement specifications are clearly understood and accurately translated into functional specifications and test cases, in close collaboration with the Manual Quality Analyst and/or Senior Manual Quality Analyst.

The candidate will execute test cases, document test results, and assist in the efficient resolution of defects. The goal is to ensure that all systems released conform to agreed functional and customer requirements, as supported by the Test Summary Report and/or Acceptance Test Certificate.
