Job Description

  • Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel advertising campaigns (Acquisition, Retargeting, Retention) within Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Lead creative strategy and rapid A/B testing adapted for each platform (e.g., vertical video for TikTok, carousels for Instagram).
  • Manage substantial daily and monthly budgets, optimizing aggressively for ROAS, CPA, and key conversion events.
  • Ensure accurate data integrity and tracking using the Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and TikTok tracking methods.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience managing medium to large-scale accounts on both Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Demonstrable expertise in optimizing campaigns for e-commerce or lead generation goals, with a heavy focus on performance creative.
  • Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting tracking (Pixels/APIs) and utilizing advanced features.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Deep familiarity with Meta Blueprint and up-to-date knowledge of the current TikTok algorithm and content trends.
