About the Role

We're looking for an Ads Strategist to handle campaign planning, execution, and optimization across Meta and TikTok. Your goal: boost awareness, increase bookings, and generate leads for our skin clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and launch paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok
  • Create audiences, optimize ad sets, monitor performance
  • Develop strategies for awareness, engagement, and lead generation
  • Coordinate with the SMM and Creative Specialist for ad materials
  • Analyze performance data and prepare monthly reports
  • Recommend improvements for cost efficiency and better lead quality

Qualifications

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
  • Strong understanding of funnel strategy and lead generation
  • Experience working with beauty, wellness, or aesthetic clinics is a big plus
  • Up-to-date with ad policies, trends, and best practices
