We are a digital marketing agency and are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media (Meta) Ads Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our social media ad campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. TikTok is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective social media ad campaigns to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
  • Conduct audience research to identify target demographics and create relevant ad content.
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance to optimize campaign success and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve ad performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on ad campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements:

  • Expert English communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Proven experience as a social media ads specialist, preferably with a focus on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Familiarity with social media ad platforms, especially Facebook Business/Ads Manager.
  • Knowledge of ad targeting strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform ad campaign optimization.
  • Experience with A/B testing and ad copywriting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
