PRODUCT MANAGER (FOOD & BEVERAGE)

Overview:

The Product Manager will oversee product and marketing management initiatives within the Food and Beverage category. This role is responsible for developing marketing strategies, leading product improvements, enhancing product knowledge across teams, and ensuring that sales and market objectives are achieved. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product growth, innovation, and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans, pricing strategies, product launches, branding efforts, promotional campaigns, public relations initiatives, and other marketing activities
  • Establish product information, including features, benefits, and value propositions
  • Oversee the creation and development of marketing and promotional materials
  • Provide technical support and expert insights for product troubleshooting and customer complaints
  • Analyze market trends and demand forecasts, adjusting strategies in alignment with market movement
  • Lead company participation in industry events and recommend strategic adaptations based on industry developments
  • Conduct and facilitate product training sessions
  • Coordinate with the Planner regarding demand forecasts
  • Actively participate in planning and production meetings to ensure product availability
  • Lead and support the implementation of the company's Quality and Food Safety Management Systems

Educational Requirements:

Applicants must hold a degree in any of the following:

  • BS Food Technology
  • BS Business Management
  • Any related bachelor's degree
  • (Professional license and/or a Master's Degree are an advantage.)

Experience Requirements:

  • At least five (5) years of experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Preferably with experience in the Food and Beverage industry

Skills Requirements:

  • Strong marketing and product management skills
  • Technical expertise in food products, manufacturing, and processes
  • Proven achievements in sales and marketing performance
  • Knowledge of Food Safety, HALAL, HACCP, FSSC, and related certifications
  • Must possess valid driving skills
