  • Plans for production requirement to ensure that utensils, equipment, machine, and space utilization are maximized.
  • Implements approved plans and programs to ensure smooth operation and efficiency of the production by managing: Manpower, Machine, Materials and Methods.
  • Ensures that Production schedule is efficiently followed.
  • Oversees the daily operation of the production lines with regards to the required output and quality standard
  • Rectifies/troubleshoots day-to-day production issues
  • Conducts regular inspection of machine/equipment to make sure that it is in good running condition
  • Monitors the turn-over of goods to other sections with proper documentation
  • Ensures adequate manpower to maximize productivity.
  • Drives and monitor achievement of high passing rate in internal and external GMP Audit
  • Reports production performance (Direct Labor, Rejection Rate, Unserved and Excess production monitoring) on a regular basis.
  • Recommends to the Production Manager any available training of personnel to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Implements fair and objective evaluation of personnel performance based on measurable parameters.
  • Implements Code of Ethics including effective handling of labor cases and any deviations in the Code of Conduct requiring
  • disciplinary actions in accordance with the prescribe provision.
  • Ensures strict adherence of production personnel on GMP rules and safety practices.
  • Organizes and conduct regular meetings with concerned parties to discuss issues and concerns, and to make sure that it is immediately resolved.
  • Checks Daily Production Reports of each section
  • Checks Daily Time Records and other necessary documents before submission to Payroll Department
  • Prepares and submit Weekly and Monthly reports

a)    Monthly Comparative Production Output (Previous vs. Present)

b)    Monthly Direct Labor/Manhour Monitoring Report

c)     Monthly Manpower Schedule

d)    Monthly Attendance/Tardiness Report

e)    Weekly Reports (Rejection Rate, Direct Labor Cost, Unserved Report, Excess Monitoring)

f)      Monthly Inventory Report

  • Prepares other documents/reports as needed:

a)    Request for Payment

b)    Purchase Request

c)     Receiving Reports

d)    Job Orders

e)    Acknowledgement Receipt

f) Revolving Fund Replenishment Report
