The Production Operator is responsible for operating machines and performing manual tasks in the production. This role ensures that all products meet quality standards and production targets while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assemble, inspect, and package air filters according to product specifications.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines and tools.
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with material handling, labeling, and storage of finished goods.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent (technical/vocational background preferred).
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • At least 6 months working experience as Production Operator.
  • Knowledge of basic machine operation and production line processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and problem-solving ability.
  • Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours or shifts as needed.
  • Willing to work at 1st Street, Block 1 Lot 3 Golden Mile Business park, Carmona, Cavite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14,400.00 per month
