Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support existing distributors in Region I & II, ensuring strong sales performance and continuous growth.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans, sales targets, and market strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify new dealerships, retailers, and business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock levels, merchandising, product visibility, and competitor activity.
- Train, guide, and motivate distributors and their sales teams to increase product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, account management, or distribution management, preferably in large corporations.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Must be willing to travel frequently within the region.
- Knowledge in motorcycle is a huge advantage.
