Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Telemarketing Specialist for a full-time remote role. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, performing outbound and inbound customer calls, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and promoting the company's services to achieve sales goals. Additional responsibilities may include providing exceptional customer support and maintaining accurate records of communication activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in lead generation and ability to identify potential clients
  • Strong customer service and customer support skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building positive relationships
  • Sales acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in the insurance industry or a related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
