
Outbound Sales Specialist with German

About the Job:
To support individuals and households in securing government grants and benefits.
We specialize in providing financial support to middle-income people through comprehensive services.
Tasks:
- Make outbound calls to people from a provided call list to introduce client's services.
- Use the provided script to conduct interviews and communicate the benefits of government grants and benefits to qualified individuals.
- Identify potential customers through a needs analysis and check their suitability using predefined criteria.
- Schedule appointments for our consultants with interested and eligible prospects.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and appointments using our designated systems.
- Work closely with sales to ensure a smooth schedule.
Requirements:
- Work with the right attitude and identification.
- Application of the script for communication with the customer.
- Use the guidelines for handling objections.
- Make calls with commitment and passion
- Fluent German with excellent oral skills.
- Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
- The ability to work independently and effectively and to plan one's time, and to work goal-oriented. The goal is to make 200 calls / 2 appointments per day.
- Willingness to contribute to the overall success of the company.
- This position offers a competitive salary and Performance-based incentives.
- The position involves working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
- The core working hours including breaks are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. according to German time.
