About the Job:

To support individuals and households in securing government grants and benefits.

We specialize in providing financial support to middle-income people through comprehensive services.

Tasks:

  • Make outbound calls to people from a provided call list to introduce client's services.
  • Use the provided script to conduct interviews and communicate the benefits of government grants and benefits to qualified individuals.
  • Identify potential customers through a needs analysis and check their suitability using predefined criteria.
  • Schedule appointments for our consultants with interested and eligible prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and appointments using our designated systems.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure a smooth schedule.

Requirements:

  • Work with the right attitude and identification.
  • Application of the script for communication with the customer.
  • Use the guidelines for handling objections.
  • Make calls with commitment and passion
  • Fluent German with excellent oral skills.
  • Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
  • The ability to work independently and effectively and to plan one's time, and to work goal-oriented. The goal is to make 200 calls / 2 appointments per day.
  • Willingness to contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • This position offers a competitive salary and Performance-based incentives.
  • The position involves working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
  • The core working hours including breaks are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. according to German time.
