
Part-Time Lead Generation Specialist

MAGWAI is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist for a temporary 3-month assignment (October-December 2025) to support our sales growth in the Visayas and Mindanao regions. This administrative role focuses on identifying potential clients, conducting outreach campaigns, and qualifying leads for our sales team. You'll be responsible for building our prospect pipeline in the travel retail sector (concept stores, dive shops, resort gift shops, pharmacies in key beach destinations) and B2B partnerships with resorts.
This is primarily an administrative support role involving research, data management, and systematic outreach activities. Success requires strong organizational skills, persistence in cold calling, and the ability to maintain detailed records of prospect interactions.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Lead Research & Identification: Research and compile lists of potential clients within target segments (Travel Retail & B2B Resorts) using online directories, social media, and industry resources.
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct systematic cold calling campaigns to introduce MAGWAI services and qualify prospects for the sales team.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date prospect databases and contact information using CRM systems.
- Lead Qualification: Screen and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria before passing to senior sales staff.
- Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, prepare call lists, and maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions.
- Follow-up Activities: Execute follow-up sequences via phone and email to nurture prospects through the initial stages of the sales funnel.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, call metrics, and prospect pipeline status.
- Market Intelligence: Gather basic market information during prospect calls to support sales strategy.
Qualifications:
- Lead Generation Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or telemarketing (B2B experience preferred).
- Cold Calling Skills: Demonstrated ability to make high-volume outbound calls with confidence and persistence.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prospect lists and follow-up schedules.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional phone manner and basic written communication skills in English.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with Google Workspace, Google Sheets / excel, and basic computer applications.
- Location: Remote position - can be based anywhere with reliable internet connection.
- Persistence & Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent calling activity.
- Time Management: Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly activity targets.
- Availability: Must be available for the full 3-month contract period (October-December 2025).
